This is an example of Practice building: A number of years ago, a client of Nethority (Kennedy Innovations former name) came to use with a solution... that's right, not a problem, a solution.  They were a Florida Based Real Estate Company who came to us with a proficency in managing their paperwork processes and data collection in their market.  They did such a good job that it was a competitive advantage for them, eventhough paper processing effency served no precieved advantage in their industry.

They relayed to us that their clients were more satisfied, their deals closed faster and closing happened faster than their competitors based on how they performed document imaging.  They asked, "Can we make money off this elsewhere?".  We said Absolutely.  Back then the wispers of HIPPA compliance were just starting.  With our help, that Real Estate company grew into a document management company that assisted companies with document imaging, archiving and compliance.  Eventually the Document Management component split off into it's own LLC, but the important thing is the proficency of the original company at something that was not their core competency was realized and they profited. 

What we did was identify the market, assist in creation of the repeatable processes, and built the internal applications for automation of some of the processing.
